Meeting your Village Team

Here when you need them’ pretty much sums up what they do:

•Roslyn Smith runs our Village Team. It’s her job to make sure you’re safe and that the site runs smoothly. Say hello when you see her.

•William Fuimaono is your Evening Duty Manager. He is here to assist you with any queries you may have.

•Customer Service Officers are here to help answer your questions and sort problems. They also organise stuff for you to do – look out for what’s happening in your Village.

•Our Maintenance team is here to do the really important stuff, like fixing showers, looking after the outside of your buildings and replacing breakages. If something needs looking at, send us a maintenance request through your portal.

How is your room?

On arrival, you will receive a property condition report. It’s important that you fill this in within the first 7 days of your arrival, because it’s a record of the condition of your room when you arrive, and it will be checked when you come to leave. Most importantly, it will help you get your deposit back.

Expecting something in the post?

Not a problem. Mail is delivered Monday to Friday and can be collected from the postal boxes outside the admin office. We will sign for Registered Post and Special Delivery items. We keep parcels in the office and will send you an email to let you know it’s here for you to collect. Collection time is between 2pm & 7pm. please bring ID.
